By using agronomic practices, Monsanto has come up with a plan to minimize the use of energy, water, and nutrients in order to grow crops by maximizing the use of nitrogen in the soil, water efficiency and soil health. In order for the crops to maximize the amount of water absorbed, Monsanto is working to produce a pesticide that can withstand droughts. This will increase the yields of crop for less Roundup used. Therefore Monsanto can make less Roundup and still provide to the same amount of people. |
